Water Based Printing
Water based t-shirt printing is the way to achieve a soft print that feels like it is part of the fabric. We can reproduce your complex multi-colored graphics, print various shades of water based metallic ink, and print over seams and off of the bottom of the shirt. This ink type work best on 100% cotton fabric.

Discharge Printing
Discharge is a process of printing a transparent ink that deactivates the dye in 100% cotton fabric, effectively “bleaching” the area where it is printed. We often use this as an “underbase” on dark garments when you want to print light colors, yet want the final print to be very soft.

Foil
We screen print your design with a special adhesive and apply a thin foil to those areas. This results in a very shiny metallic print in silver, gold, copper or various other metallic colors.

Plastisol Printing
We generally only recommend plastisol when printing on fabrics that don’t work well with waterbase inks. This would include synthetic blends, many sweatshirts, performance wear, and fabrics with discharge resistant dyes. The print has a heavier feel than a waterbase print. Plastisol ink is often more stable for matching some bright, opaque Pantone matched colors.
